We operate as a fee-based fractional consulting company. Clients hire Fractional Retreats just as they would any other professional services firm. Our role in any transaction is to bring our specialized fractional ownership / fractional home conversion knowledge to the table so that the client does not need to seek out the costly and specialized education themselves.
