"Fractional Community??? Isn't that an oxymoron?"

Well no, not exactly...

We want to create and encourage a "community" of people interested in "fractional ownership" and "fractional home conversion". If that means we need to use a strange sounding term like "Fractional Community" than by George we'll do it!

In our Fractional Community posts and our newsletter we want to deliver new and interesting ways to look at fractional topics. We believe that there are enough sites out there that deliever the news. You can do a Google search for the latest news in the fractional ownership industry. We think of ourselves as being a little bit different from the crowd. (We're special - just like everyone else...) So we give you a different take on what's going on out there.

On our website we give you teasers to different concepts pulled from the fractional ownership industry - if you want the real meat you'll need to sign up to our newsletter where you can have the meat AND the potatoes and even a side of carrots if you like...
