If you are like me, you probably have a dozen (or 58 in my case) domain names you picked up because you thought you might use them. I have been doing some spring cleaning (yes I know it is December!) and found that I have too many unused fractional domain names. Have you ever noticed these things seem to multiply like rabbits???

Many of the questions I get on what seems like an almost daily basis involves fractional financing. Why wouldn’t they? It is rare indeed, the individual that purchases real estate with all cash (though giving the current lending situation, this may be happening more and more for people with the means). Today I was thinking about how fractional ownership creates a new type of lifestyle freedom. When you own a fractional you gain the ability to spend time away from "home base" in longer intervals than a typical timeshare or vacation rental. Sure if you had a full vacation home you could spend a similar amount of time away. But there is one difference with fractional ownership - you don't have to pay for all of the wasted time.
